The normal handover period is 18 months, during this time the ground can still be used by the customer for a low rent and when the planting starts the lease will be terminated.

If your land is going to be affected by electricity apparatus water/gas pipelines, mobile telephone masts, telephone poles or roads. We will prepare all claims and negotiate settlement. The utility companies normally pay our fees.
